LOXXESS combines innovation with responsibility. Our own solar power systems and the use of 100% green electricity sustainably reduce our carbon footprint. Sustainability is firmly anchored in our corporate culture. We act not only according to economic criteria, but also out of conviction as a family business. We are actively involved at our 24 locations – whether through sponsorship or partnerships. Our Code of Conduct defines clear values and standards for our actions. In 2025, we comprehensively developed it further – for transparency and responsibility in our dealings with partners and society.
Growing together to achieve more
With 380,000 m² of storage space at 24 locations, 3,200 employees in Germany, Czechia and Poland, and more than €300 million in turnover, we are a leading family-owned specialist in contract logistics. Our name – a combination of “logistics” and “success” – stands for tailor-made solutions in e-commerce, omnichannel, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. As an active member of BVL and other initiatives, we actively shape the industry and promote sustainable development.
Our roots are in Tegernsee. Since our foundation in 1999, we have expanded throughout Germany, in 2005 to Poland and in 2006 to the Czech Republic – today our largest location. In 2021, we took over LOXXESS Pharma completely and integrated it into the Group. A new chapter began in 2023: for the first time, a non-family member took over the management. Despite change and growth, we remain a family business that combines tradition with new ideas. With a clear strategy and optimized structures, we ensure long-term growth and strong customer relationships.
