LOXXESS, a contract logistics company operating throughout Europe, will convert its legal form from an AG to an SE. By transitioning from a German Aktiengesellschaft (AG) to a Societas Europaea (SE), LOXXESS will gain greater flexibility in its organizational structure.
This step means that the shareholders of the LOXXESS Group will be even more closely involved in the company’s strategic development going forward and will once again play a more active role in the company.
Against this backdrop, LOXXESS AG and its CEO, Ingo Brauckmann, have mutually agreed to end their working relationship. “Ingo Brauckmann has successfully driven LOXXESS’s transformation in recent years, thereby laying an important foundation for the company’s future development,” says Christina Thurner, one of the owners, who will once again assume operational leadership responsibilities in addition to her strategic duties. The same goes for her brother and LOXXESS co-owner Dr. Claus-Peter Amberger: “We would like to express our sincere thanks to Ingo Brauckmann for his dedication and his lasting contribution to the successful further development of LOXXESS.”
In shaping the company’s future direction, the LOXXESS Group will continue to focus consistently on the needs of customers and markets within its established business units. In addition, LOXXESS is focusing, as planned, on the key areas of information technology, artificial intelligence, processes, and automation—thereby expanding its strategic areas of activity.
